An 86-year-old man named Haim Sella was last seen at his residence at 311 West 71st Street on Monday around 11 a.m. and has since been declared missing by the NYPD. Posters have been put up in the area, like the one below on 71st and Broadway. Sella has gray hair and brown eyes, and police say he is “in good physical and mental condition.”
