For those willing to brave the cold, or maybe just peek their heads out the window in the right direction, last night’s lunar eclipse did not disappoint. “Despite the cold, it was a beautiful night for the eclipse and fun to share the spectacle with our neighbors,” wrote Elizabeth See-Tho, who gathered at Lincoln Center with the Amateur Astronomers Association of New York (AAA).
The sky was clear for the super blood wolf moon. Check out some of the photos that locals took.
