A snowstorm on the second day of spring brought out some creative Upper West Siders, including the person who crafted this fearsome croc next to Riverside Park, photographed by Adrianna Pratt.

Mildred Alpern took several shots below of Upper West Siders fighting through the flakes.

West Side kiddos should have mittens on in these cold days. Toddlers in strollers should have a blanket covering their little legs.
