A landlord is suing a tenant on West 93rd for allegedly forcing the landlord to rent the place to him for free after taking the landlord’s laptop. (NY Post)

Hole-in-the-wall seafood spot Luke’s Lobster on 80th Street was approved by the community board to open a sidewalk cafe, which should open later this summer. The city still needs to give it the go-ahead. (DNAinfo)

Popular Amsterdam Avenue restaurant Good Enough to Eat (83rd Street) won’t be getting a new lease when the current one runs out, owner Carrie Levin told us this week, although she has 11 months left on this lease. She’s looking for a new place on the Upper West Side, but is also being lured by possible deals in Harlem and Brooklyn. If you’re a landlord with an appropriate space, contact her!

The Brewster on 86th and a four building complex on 82nd and Amsterdam were both recently sold.
