A crackdown on bike delivery guys could cause people to wait longer for food deliveries. Upper West Side restaurants are being told to advise customers that their food might take a little longer to arrive, as delivery bicyclists obey laws like stopping at red lights. Those that break the law face $100 to $300 fines. (DNAinfo)
The owners of a mansion at 103 Riverside Drive (82nd Street) had to cut nearly $10 million off of their initial listing price before it recently sold for $12.1 million. (Curbed)
