Suryanarayan “Suri” Hegde.

By Joy Bergmann

Suryanarayan “Suri” Hegde, 78, has been found and is currently reuniting with his wife Mary Healey at Harlem Hospital, NYPD sources tell WSR.

A nurse there apparently recognized Suri after seeing the story of his disappearance in local media. He had been missing since Saturday evening.

“WE FOUND HIM. AT HARLEM HOSPITAL. GOING THERE NOW,” says Mary in an email to WSR on Thursday morning.

We will update this post when we have more information from his family.

But for now:  Hooray!

I was hoping they found him next to that tree! 🙂

Happy the family got him back. I’ll keep a careful watch of him next time I’m at Jake’s Dilemma …
