Under the artistic direction of acclaimed concert pianist Natasha Paremski, this special concert brings together the remarkable amateur pianists of the Society—each with their own unique voice, united by a shared passion for music—on one of the world’s most iconic stages. The program is both vibrant and deeply expressive, featuring the brilliance and poetry of Frédéric Chopin’s Études, Op. 10, alongside his richly textured Piano Trio.
Audiences will also experience the color and storytelling of selections from Tchaikovsky’s Seasons, that capture in miniature form the changing moods of the year with elegance and imagination. Joining the Society are two extraordinary young guest artists. Rising star violinist SoHyun Ko, a protégé of the legendary Pinchas Zukerman, brings a voice that is both refined and compelling.

She is joined by cellist Sydney Lee, whose performances are celebrated for their depth, warmth, and virtuosity. Together, these artists create a program that moves seamlessly between intimacy and brilliance—where each piece offers something distinct, yet contributes to a larger musical journey.

This is more than a concert. It is an opportunity to experience live music at its most immediate and human—performed not only with technical mastery, but with genuine connection and joy.
Whether you are a lifelong listener or discovering this repertoire for the first time, this afternoon at Carnegie Hall promises to inspire, engage, and stay with you long after the final note. Student tickets: $10 at Box Office with ID Children 17 and under: free at Box Office. Online fees are waived at Box Office.
