Yana Krasnitskaya is the new “Here’s the Dish” columnist. A graduate of Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a former social worker, she transitioned into communications and has spent the last ten years crafting internal narratives and driving employee engagement in the corporate world. An avid writer and voracious reader, Yana is currently querying her first fiction manuscript while working on a second.
