Silver Stars Fitness is the premiere NYC fitness studio & Now Live Virtual Fitness Studio that caters and specializes in working with the baby boomer & beyond fitness enthusiast.
We are so excited to re-open our studio doors and have the opportunity to help you increase your overall health and fitness level.
In case you don’t know, Silver Stars is not a membership “gym”. Our model allows us to open with confidence as there will be a cap of five people in our entire studio at one time.
We will start off with private & semi-private training, and small group classes of three people maximum!
Our goal at Silver Stars is not to harp on the current situation, but to help you focus on your health & fitness goals and return to some sense of normalcy, while keeping you safe.
Silver Stars has implemented the following guidelines upon entering our studio.
- All instructors and clients will be required to wear a mask.
- Your temperature will be checked prior to entering the studio.
- All equipment will be cleaned prior after each session.
- All clients will workout with assigned equipment throughout the entire session. This will ensure other people won’t be touching the same equipment.
- You will be at least 6 feet apart from your trainer while exercising.
- During our small group training sessions, there will be 6 foot markers on our floors, as everyone will stay in their designated space throughout the session.
- Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the studio.
- There will be an air purifier set up in both of our studios.
If you decide to stay at home and wait a while before you visit our studio, we understand!
We have many options other than training at our studio!
We can help you torch fat, burn calories, improve you balance and overall strength in the following ways:
- We can send a trainer/coach to you!
- Sign up for LIVE ZOOM personal training or our popular small group classes. You will have a set appointment and work with a coach just like you would at our studio. This is NOT pre-recorded session!
We want to make it easy for you to get back on track, so we’re offering you an opportunity to try our personal training and small group programs for two weeks for $47!

You’ll have access to our coaches throughout the week and your trainer is required to respond within 24 hours. And we track your progress so you can see how you’ve improved since the start of our program.
- EXPERIENCE– There is no BEGINNER or NOVICE trainers /coaches on our staff. Our instructors have minimum of ten years experience designing programs for the baby boomer & beyond fitness enthusiast and is led by a management team that has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry.
