News:
A homeless man has been squatting in NBC anchor Ann Curry’s $2.9 million house on West 71st Street street for months now, but was kicked out by police this weekend. Curry, a co-host of the Today Show, hasn’t lived in the house yet, because it has been undergoing renovations for eight years. As the Post so subtly put it: “Ann Curry means crap to me!” barked the vagrant. (New York Post)

The suit was tossed on technical grounds, but it makes it much more likely the school will be open to open this fall. (NY1)
