Vive la crêpe, a chain of creperies that started downtown, is planning to open its first Upper West Side cafe in the spot recently vacated by the never-quite-good-enough Cafe St. Honore. The small cafe, at 189 Columbus Avenue between 68th Street and 69th Street right next to Bomboloni, closed up in June.
Vive la crêpe serves sweet and savory crepes, including ham & gruyere; smoked salmon, cream cheese, spinach and capers; dulce de leche; and dark chocolate. Check out the full menu here.
The restaurants also serve coffee and bottled drinks.
Let’s hope they pass health department inspection, unlike another local creperie.
