Photographs By Elizabeth Langer

It isn’t quite peak time yet, but the foliage is definitely changing. Bursts of color are breaking through all around Central Park.

Thanks to Ms. Langer for the pix. All are uplifting and skillfully set up. Colors are super. Colors here in central Vermont were subdued this year because of our long drought.

And Strawberry Fiends doesn’t look like this. The highly saturated colours are thanks to software, probably a preset in a smartphone.

Pushing the saturation really brought out the astroturf color of the lawns.

The north lawn is still largely packed earth.

Gotta watch out for phone cameras inventing colous and saturation levels.
