At the JCC, located on Amsterdam and West 76th Street, we nurture families by cultivating experiences where children can thrive, parents can connect, and families can grow together. When you join us for prenatal programs, a swim in our pool with your baby, a music class with your toddler, a cooking class with your school-aged child, or community service with your teen, you will feel right at home. At The Bert and Sandra Wasserman Center for Family Life, we are here for your family at every age and at every stage.

Learn to share the sidewalk with other pedestrians if using a stroller for your kid/s.
European visitors to NYC who have kids in strollers largely manage to do so, but not residents of the UWS who are parents or nannies.
There’s so much negativity in this forum lately. Even when the topic is about babies there has to be an issue. I don’t think a baby stroller has literally ever blocked an entire sidewalk and stopped any of us from getting where we (eventually) needed to go, lol.
I see you’re not a pedestrian and haven’t been one on the UWS for the last 20 years.
The stroller drivers are a well known issue.
By the way, I wrote, “share” not “block”.
Agreed! Especially if there are 2 nannies wheeling strollers side by side (and often on cell phones) and oblivious to everyone else.
