79-Year-Old Reported Missing from 85th Street

Charles Hill, a 79-year-old living on West 85th Street has been reported missing.

It was reported to the police that Hill was last seen Sunday, October 4 at 3 p.m. leaving his residence. “He is described as being approximately 5’9″ tall, weighing 240 lbs., heavy build, brown eyes, dark complexion, balding with short gray hair,” police said. “He was last seen wearing a beige jacket, khaki pants with black shoes and a cane.”

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM, or on Twitter @NYPDTips.

Amen! We all need to connect with our neighbors during these treacherous times. I am 78 and some neighbors ( whom I don’t even know that well!) periodically check in, ask me if I need anything. I can’t tell you how happy it makes me feel!
