2. ACCOUNTIBILITY- You will get our “concierge service” that includes daily personalized text and email messages to help motivate and educate you when you’re not with us. Access to you coach all throughout the week via email, text or phone. You will get a home program that we will monitor and design to help keep you on track. We track your progress so you can see how you’ve improved since beginning our program.
3. NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT- Receive two 30 minute nutrition sessions per month to help keep you on the right track to health eating habits.
