Delightful! It was lovely just being out that evening, and seeing all the sweet/horrible/creative Hallowe’en costumes and makeup on little and big Upper West Siders. Thanks to the many businesses that gave candy and oohed and ahed over the stream of trick-or-treating children, and did their own decorating and dress-up. .
