The annual Winter’s Eve festival will fill Lincoln Square with music and food on Monday night, from 59th Street to 68th Street. The festival kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with a tree lighting in Dante Park at 63rd Street and Broadway and performances by Bettye Lavette and Justin Guarini. There will be other performances and kids’ events throughout the area until 9 p.m.
The food, which costs $1 to $4 per plate, will be available starting at 5:30 at the Time Warner Center, 62nd-64th and Broadway, and Richard Tucker Park (65th). See a full map of the event here.
Here are the restaurants and where they’ll be:
See you there!
enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I`ll try to make. Gotta love NYC!
What happened to Raymour & Flanigan?
I recall they did a GREAT job for young kids on the second floor of their store on 66th & Broadway, at last year’s Winter’s Eve!
Really crowded, but manageable and worth it, as so much of the food offered was excellent (unlike the unbearable, unending lines for some ramen noodles at the Japanese food fair this past October). My favorites of the night: The mushroom truffle ravioli from Le Boite en Bois, and the chocolate mousse from Cafe Fiorello. Best chocolate mousse I’ve ever had, my knees got weak.
