CHOCOLATE, CHILDREN’S CLOTHES COMING TO THE WEST 70’S

December 8, 2013 | 7:35 PM

fika

Fika, a new chocolate store, is moving in next to Tumi in the Apthorp building on Broadway and 79th street. Fika chocolates are made by “rockstar master chocolatier” Håkan Mårtensson in Tribeca. They even sell “chocolate pills” in prescription bottles for $8. Just what the doctor ordered. Just don’t mistake them for Valium. Thanks to Edyta for the tip and photo.

wyattcityWyatt Lily, a kid’s clothing and gift store, is moving into A Tempo’s old space on Columbus between 74th and 75th streets. The store does not appear to have any other locations. A Tempo moved to the corner of Columbus and 74th.

Fika is also a great coffee shop with delicious cardamom buns, cinnamon buns and other goodies – I’m thrilled they’re coming to the UWS.
