Icon Style, an antique jewelry and vintage fashion store, opened its doors this weekend at 104 West 70th street, the former home of Goodrich Pharmacy. Goodrich closed in June after 40 years serving Upper West Siders.
Icon Style has attempted to keep some of Goodrich’s charm by using some of his wooden medicine display cases to hold jewelry. It’s a nice touch, and instantly makes the store seems like it’s been around for years.
Owner Lara Kornbluh said the store gets some of its stock from estates. Check out the website to see some of the items on sale, or go browse. It’s just West of Columbus Avenue next to the new Pain D’Epices.
