Upper West Siders were particularly generous this year to children impacted by Hurricane Sandy on Staten Island.

Stationery & Toy Store at 125 West 72nd Street, whose owners sustained major damage to their Staten Island home and warehouses because of the hurricane, held a toy drive for kids impacted by the hurricane, and then gave the kids the toys at a special event at the St. George Theater on Staten Island.
