The Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree rolled through the Upper West Side in the dead of night, so it could be installed at Rockefeller Center today. An amateur videographer got a shot of it rolling down Broadway with a police escort around 76th Street. He got so excited he climbed out the window to get a better shot. “Wowee, what a tree.”
Below is another video of the tree being installed this morning from NECN. The tree, a New Jersey native, made it through Hurricane Sandy.
