Jeff Golub, a blind jazz guitarist, fell onto the tracks at the 66th Street 1 station and was briefly dragged by a train before some good Samaritans pulled him up off the tracks around 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday. Golub said he thought he was entering the subway, not the tracks themselves. His seeing eye dog Luke was on the platform. “Golub said he still loves the dog and was concerned that the pup was OK.” (the writer’s clear implication: it was Luke’s fault) (NY Daily News)
