FOLK HEROES PETE SEEGER, ARLO GUTHRIE MARCH THROUGH THE UPPER WEST SIDE (VIDEOS)

Pete Seeger, Arlo Guthrie and other folk singers marched through the Upper West Side with about 600 people late Friday night to support the Occupy Wall Street movement. The march started at around 11 p.m. at Symphony Space on 95th Street and Broadway and ended at the Merchant’s Gate entrance to Central park at Columbus Circle (arrgh, I wish I had known beforehand!). Seeger (above) is 92 years old and still rocking. He played This Little Light of Mine, We Shall Overcome and other classics of the we-can-beat-the-man-peacefully genre. Luckily, lots of marchers shot videos and photos of the event, so you can (kind of) relive it:
