GOLDEN RETRIEVERS SWIM THROUGH UPPER WEST SIDE HURRICANE FLOOD WATERS

The mayor was still warning people to stay away from the Hudson River this morning because it had crested its banks. But one dog walker couldn’t resist letting her two golden retrievers frolic in the floodwaters right next to the overflowing river. Is this all in good fun, or kind of a dumb decision?
