A man is on the run after attacking a woman in her Upper West Side home on Sunday night, a police spokesperson told West Side Rag.

The attacker broke into a woman’s apartment around 10:15 p.m. near Amsterdam Avenue and West 64th Street, before choking her and punching her in the face multiple times, police said.

He then grabbed the woman’s keys and fled the apartment in an unknown direction, NYPD added.

The woman refused medical attention at the scene, police said. NYPD confirmed that the man and woman knew each other, but did not say how.

Police also did not have any personal details Monday morning about the attacker.

There have been no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.

Not onsite every minute.

What do you expect, big brother is going to watch everyone 24/7/365-6 through smartphones and then using precrime AI dispatch interrupters? Yes, I seriously believe that people like Peter T and Elon K would advocate for this.
