Reebok Sports Club, one of the most extravagant gyms in the Western hemisphere let alone the Upper West Side, is offering a free month’s worth of once-a-week morning rooftop yoga starting this Tuesday. Every Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. a different instructor will lead you in saluting the sun on the roof of the building at 67th Street and Columbus. Register here.
And that’s not the only free yoga going on in the neighborhood this month. Pure Yoga is offering free yoga in Riverside Park at the Soldier’s and Sailors Monument at 89th Street On “select” Tuesdays (including this Tuesday) at 6:30 a.m. To see which dates Pure Yoga will be holding the sessions, check their facebook page.

Trying yoga for free definitely makes sense.
I offer free sessions very often as well but free stuff always attract some people who is not interested in paying for the service in the first place. It’s better to offer 50% off discount, but nothing for free. We need to pay rent. Anyway yoga is always good choice for those who wants to improve his/her life.
