Silver Stars Fitness: Attention NYC Men & Women 60 +: Struggling To Improve Your Balance & Feel Like You’re At Risk For A Fall? Your Fall Prevention Plan Starts Here!
Silver Stars Fitness is a NYC fitness company/studio that helps men & women over 60 get stronger, move, feel & look better WITHOUT having to be in a typical “GYM” environment.
You might have noticed once you turned sixty that your balance is not as good as it was a decade before. You might not feel as confident going up/ down steps or navigating obstacles or being in a crowed environment.
You think twice about getting in to a bath tub with the fear of not being able to get up or lose balance while trying to get up, or maybe you’re not comfortable with going down and getting up from the floor or playing with your grandkids, especially when on the floor.
You go on vacation and sometimes you’re unable to participate in an activity because of the fear of falling.
Lack of balance affects our quality of life, as it robs us of our confidence to move freely and do the things we love to do.
Unfortunately, if you feel like your balance is declining, you’re not alone.
