Deliver joy and connection to older adults at DOROT’s Thanksgiving Meal Delivery
Holidays shouldn’t be lonely. This Thanksgiving, join us to deliver a festive meal and connect with an older neighbor for a visit or call. The Meal Delivery is about more than just the meal. It’s about building connections and creating community.
Hear what our participants have to say about their experiences:
“I have not celebrated Thanksgiving in many years, except by myself… the meal was beautiful and the visitor just as special. This was a lovely experience that meant a lot to me.”
—Thomas, Meal Delivery recipient
“I was again reminded of how important it is to think outside of ourselves and build connections… This will be one of my highlights of the holiday season.”
— Stevie, Meal Delivery volunteer
