For the 35th year, a popular Upper West Side yard sale is returning to the neighborhood this weekend.
The West 104th Street Yard Sale will take place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 104th Street, between West End Avenue and Riverside Drive. Admission to the event is free.
There will be more than 60 stalls selling secondhand treasures, accompanied by live music, a bake sale, and a silent auction where you can bid on gift certificates, antiques, posters, photographs, paintings, theater tickets, household items, and more.
There will also be a raffle; last year’s winner took home $3,149.
Members of the West 104th Street Block Association will be selling raffle tickets at a table on the corner of West End Avenue and 104th Street, from 5 to 7 p.m., for the rest of the week.
The vendor list has been finalized for this year.
The yard sale is the West 104th Street Block Association’s largest event of the year. The community group, which was founded in 1970 to promote the safety, general welfare, and quality of life of the immediate 104th Street area, meets once a month to discuss and plan ways to maintain and improve their block.
