Popular comedians and late-night television hosts John Oliver and Seth Meyers recently announced a Beacon Theatre residency starting in the new year.
Oliver and Meyers will take the stage together at the iconic venue on West 74th Street and Broadway.
The first half of the 2024 dates have been announced as the following: January 14, February 25, March 10, April 14, May 19, and June 16. Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 11 a.m., which you can check out HERE.
The joint shows were announced a couple of months after Oliver and Meyers teamed up for a show at the Beacon in August during the writer’s strike. The pair clearly liked it enough to plan the additional residency.
For those interested, the New York Times penned a breakdown of Oliver and Meyer’s standup performances as compared to their more regular late-night television acts, including moments from their Beacon Theatre set this summer.
The two comedians also worked together as hosts on the former “Strike Force Five” podcast, which they did along with Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, and Jimmy Fallon.
Oliver, a longtime Upper West Side resident, has an apartment near West 62nd Street and Riverside Boulevard.
Again, for those interested in securing a spot at the shows, tickets will be available on the Beacon’s website starting on Friday.

Who?
I wish I was as cool as you
Why would you bother visiting this post and leaving a comment if you don’t know who John Oliver and Seth Meyers are? Wouldn’t it be easier to Google them?
And if you do know but are just saying that as a way of telling us you don’t like them, why do you think we care?
Those considering attending should be aware that the Beacon uses “facial recognition technology” and if Jim Dolan has any concerns about one’s attendance, one may be excluded from the show.
Hooray, self righteous blowhards live. Cannot wait to miss these shows.
