It’s Climate Week in New York City, the annual event that brings together business leaders, policymakers, and researchers for conversations about all aspects of sustainability. There are approximate 400 presentations, panels, and networking sessions taking place across the city over the next few days, both in-person and online.

Established in 2021, Columbia University’s Climate School, the university’s first new school in 25 years, is partnering with Climate Week NYC to host dozens of events.

Most of the events are taking place at Columbia’s facilities on the Upper West Side and Morningside Heights, but some are also in midtown or available to attend online. They are free for the public to join when you RSVP at the links below. These links also have more detailed information about the topics and who is speaking.

Our primary goal is to create a safe and respectful space where a broad spectrum of voices can be heard. We welcome diverse viewpoints and encourage readers to engage critically with one another’s ideas, but never at the expense of civility. Disagreement is expected—even encouraged—but it must be expressed with care and consideration.
