Noi Due is opening a new restaurant in the former home of Le Petit Rooster at 491 Columbus Avenue near 84th Street. Noi Due, a Kosher restaurant, has two other locations in the neighborhood — Noi Due Cafe (dairy) at 143 West 69th Street and Noi Due Carne (meat) next door at 141 West 69th. Management of Noi Due is not ready to reveal their plans, but papers filed with the Landmarks Preservation Commission show the restaurant plans to install gas fryers, a pizza oven and a pasta cooker.
