Signs of the Times: Masks, Music and Strange Boots

Upper West Siders are documenting the strange new world around them in photographs and sending them to us. Here are some of the intriguing photos we’ve received.

Some of our nation’s finest citizens are demonstrating smart habits, like wearing a mask. Here’s Eleanor Roosevelt at 72nd and Riverside Drive.

Upper West Siders continue to make music, even if the audiences are small or nonexistent.
