- Baby Boomer Boot Camp: This class covers is best suited for a fat loss or general fitness goal and covers all aspects of fitness such as cardiovascular drills, core and overall strength, balance & flexibility all within a high energy and fun 45 minute session.
- Cardio & Core Extravaganza: This class is best suited for fat loss, improved cardio endurance and for someone that wants to improve core strength.
- Fit For Life Balance & Fall Prevention: This class is best for someone that wants to improve their balance and overall stability. Includes balance exercises and reaction time drills, strength work, posture training & flexibility. You’ll also learn how to fall, learn techniques to prevent a fall and navigate the floor.
- Stable & Strong: This class is best for someone that has a vulnerable knee, low back or shoulder. Focus is on building stability and strength around your knees, low back and shoulder, so you’re less prone to aches and pains.
