The city is hosting a free day of adventure activities in Central Park on Saturday, with everything from rock climbing to paddleboarding to outdoor survival training. (In Central Park, survival skills should include choosing the right hot dog vendor.)
Adventures NYC runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. near the Bandshell (72nd in the middle of the park) and is expected to include the following events.

- Stand-up Paddleboarding
- Karate Lessons
- Red Bulls Soccer Challenge
- Rod and Reel Skills
- GaGa Ball
- Yoga
- Obstacle Races
- Free Bike Valet Parking
- Outdoor Survival Training

Please note: Activity lines are subject to close early, so come early!
Certain activities will require a waiver, which will be provided at the event for participants to sign. Participants under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present to sign the waiver.
