Detectives at NYPD’s 24th Precinct have identified Alexander Clement, 28, as the alleged perpetrator in the April 27th stabbing death of Special Anthony Stewart, 24, in front of La Nueva Victoria restaurant at 95th and Broadway.

Police are seeking the public’s help in locating Clement and ask anyone with information to contact Det. Alejandro Rivas at 212-678-1863. Tips may also be submitted through the Crime Stoppers hotline 800-577-TIPS. Rewards of up to $2500 are provided to those providing information leading to an arrest and indictment of a violent felon.

It is a truly sad state of affairs that the Upper West Side is now threatened by murderers who are FIVE FEET SIX INCHES TALL.

I remember the good (bad?) old days when murderers had to be AT LEAST 5’10” to amount to anything. When did we get so soft?
