Silver Stars Fitness is dedicated to helping women and men over the age of 50 improve their health and fitness.
Our most popular service is private training. Most clients sign up for personal training because they get a program that is designed specifically for them that takes in to consideration their goals fitness level, medical history and other interests. During the consultation, we also look at posture, balance, flexibility and overall strength. So the client is really addressing a lot of different aspects of fitness that will help to improve their fitness level and overall quality of life. Other options are private Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Massage therapy and one-one stretching. We also offer yoga and Pilates small group classes.
All instructors are certified, experienced, friendly and specifically trained to work with the baby boomer & beyond client.
On Wednesday, Jan. 18, we’ll be holding an open house from 10 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Lunch, snacks and drinks will be served. Lunch will be served from noon to 4 p.m.
