The Office of Emergency Management has issued the following alert.
A Silver Alert has been issued for the disappearance of Saintilia Septimus, an 82-year-old black female from the area of West 94th Street and West End Avenue in Manhattan. She has Alzheimer’s and may be in need of medical attention.
Description: 5’7″ & 150lbs. Last seen wearing a blue knit hat with snowflakes, a red, white and blue jacket, a long white skirt with red flowers and black snow shoes.
Last Seen: On 4/17 at approximately 6:35 PM near West 94th Street and West End Avenue in Manhattan.
If you see Mrs. Septimus, please call 9-1-1.
