If you do one thing outside this weekend…

Artists of the Manhattan School of Music are holding a concert in Verdi Square, the plaza around the subway station at 72nd Street, at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

If you do one thing inside this weekend…

The Church of Grace & St. Paul on 71st Street between Broadway and Columbus Avenue, is holding a Blessing of Animals, where you can bring your pet to be blessed at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

For more great local events, check out our weekly calendar.

If you’re traveling…

Check traffic info at traffic.com for delays. As for the subway, the MTA has a map detailing all of the weekend changes, but it looks like there are no service interruptions on the Upper West Side.
