An apartment that artist Marcel Duchamp used to sublet at 33 West 67th Street is on the market for $4.75 million. He rented it from art collectors Walter and Louise Arensberg. “During these years, the Arensbergs’ apartment served almost nightly as a gathering place for artists, intellectuals, and writers. Through these intellectual exchanges emerged such important art movements and developments as New York Dada, the Society of Independent Artists, and The Others Group of poets.” (Curbed)
