People went all-out with capes and costumes at the midnight showing of the final Harry Potter movie at the AMC Loews. (Time)

A nonprofit is pushing a crackdown on dirty and poorly maintained newspaper boxes. A local community board committee supports the effort. (DNAinfo)

Gourmet food truck Ladle of Love couldn’t make enough money at Tavern on the Green, despite recently getting a permit to serve alcohol. The truck was paying a $100,000 fee to the city, and found that the winter months were really slow. Three trucks remain — Rickshaw Dumpling, Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream, and Pera Turkish Taco.
