Three firefighters had to jump into the Central Park Reservoir on Sunday and lasso a man who had scaled the fence , taken a dip and refused to get out. (New York Post)

Mark Lugo, a former sommelier at Columbus Circle restaurant Per Se is being accused of stealing a Picasso drawing from a Union Square art gallery. (San Francisco Chronicle)

A fire broke out in a basement at at 777 West End Avenue at 98th Street on Saturday afternoon. There were no immediate reports of injuries. Residents  thought the fire was part of a movie that was being shot on the block. (DNAinfo)
