Tenants at 30 Lincoln Plaza at 30 West 63rd Street are suing the building owner Milstein Properties for allegedly selling condo units in the building at discounted rates to outside buyers but refusing to give them the same deals. (The Real Deal)

A smell like “cat urine” spread through a Trump Place building (not managed by Trump) on Riverside Boulevard around 2:30 Monday. It freaked residents out, and fire trucks and the media raced to the scene, but… it was probably just some spilled insecticide.
