Weather got you down? Yeah, me too. To make up for the fact that we’re about to get more snow, here are a few photos from the past couple of weeks that show that nature isn’t always out to get us.

Beautiful photos. I am in sunny warm Florida for a week and I logged on to read West Side Rag because I miss home! Great shots.
Re: “because I miss home!”
Yup, Rebecca, ‘Flor-i-duhhh’ will do that to you!
And if one week makes ya homesick, imagine what 3 months can do!
The “Sunshine State” can carry it too far … as a story in the Sunday NY Times “Style” section reaffirmed when, in describing the recent auction of the Lily Pulitzer estate, it referred to the auction house being on a “…sun-blasted stretch of South Dixie Highway” (an unlovely stretch of low-rise stucco buildings, some painted in the citrus-y colors: lemon-yellow…orange-orange, on a mundane-ugly 4-lane street) !
To a real New Yorker this constant sunshine, blue skies, and ugly spikey-looking palm trees can get to be a bit much.
Makes one long for a nice gloomy-grey New York sky. SERIOUSLY!
180 laundry room gang misses ScooterStan just as much. C’mon home –lots of new books on the shelves!
