On Tuesday evening, November 10, the Unite. Lead. Fight. tour featuring Ron Dermer, Israel’s former ambassador to the U.S. and minister of strategic affairs, comes to the Upper West Side.

Ambassador Dermer helped lead Israel’s opposition to the nuclear deal with Iran, secure the largest U.S. military assistance package in Israel’s history and successfully negotiate the Abraham Accords. Following October 7th, he served in Israel’s war cabinet, was the point man in Israel for both the Biden and Trump administrations, and led the negotiating team that returned all the remaining hostages in Gaza. He brings unmatched, first-hand insight into the critical challenges facing the Jewish community today.
Ambassador Dermer will be joined in conversation with Jewish Community Relations Council president David L. Moore to discuss antisemitism, leadership, and what this pivotal moment in Jewish history demands of us all.
