#1 Attend our one-time Masterclass/events:
These masterclasses are two-hour, one-time events that are half seminar and half learn-by-doing. There is a 20-minute catered snack break. All attendees will receive 50% off the first month, three trial sessions of a small group for $47, and a video of the specific Masterclass to save to your desktop.

April 18th: Balance & Fall Prevention: Three spots left! Time: 1030-1 pm
May 2nd: Balance & Fall Prevention: Taking reservations now: Time 1030-1 pm
May 16th: Stronger Bones: Manage Osteopenia & Osteoporosis: Taking reservations now. Time 1030-1 pm

All seminars are presented by Jason Greenspan, the founder & CEO of Silver Stars Fitness. He has over 30 years of experience helping men and women over 60. Jason is certified by the American Council on Exercise & National Academy of Sports Medicine as an Older Adult, Corrective Exercise & Orthopedic Exercise Specialist. He is the award-winning author of Fitness For Real Life- The 8 Keys to a Strong, Powerful & Youthful Body. Jason has been seen on CBS & NY1 and has been featured in Men’s Fitness, Shape, The NY Post & The Washington Post.

Option#2
Try Our Fit For Life Small Group Training Program: Limited space available.
Get three sessions of our small-group personal training for $47. This program is a group of three to six people that mimics personal training except in a group setting. We focus and help you improve endurance, balance, upper/lower body strength, core, flexibility, and of course, move, feel & look better all within 45 minutes. All levels welcome. Sessions/classes are Monday-Saturday and can be done live on Zoom or in-person at our studio.

Option#3
Try Our New Silver Stars Strength In 30 Program
Get three trial sessions for $47. This new program is a 30-minute small group session that focuses on only upper/lower body strength exercises in a time-efficient circuit. The strength in 30 program is only for those who have experience performing strength training exercises and have the ability to move quickly from one exercise to the next. This program requires a consultation to see if you qualify for this special program.

Option#4
Try Our Fit For Life Personal Training Program:
Try one free session to see if you’re a match for this premium service. You’ll receive a free consultation and program that is designed specifically for your goals, fitness experience, and health history. Training sessions could be live on Zoom, at our studio, or we can come to you.

All programs require a consultation before you try our programs. Our “much talked about” consultation is a 60- minute meeting to learn about your goals, fitness experience & health/orthopedic history. In addition, we’ll look at your balance, mobility, and strength and then recommend which program is best for you to try.

If you’re interested in trying any of the above programs, send us an email to info@silverstarsfit.com and specify which program you’re interested in. Please provide your contact #, or you can go to our website @silverstarsfit.com and fill out any of the forms or call us @ 646-573-9724
