What can one say?
“Good luck defrosting the one you can find in the supermarket”?
I’ve been buying Whole Foods unfrozen turkey every year since they opened on Columbus and 97, and I’m going to on Tuesday as well. But they usually sell out before Thanksgiving. Alternatively, go to the 24-hour Key Food.
Okay, how about: “Now we have to trek to ’97th Street or trek to Key Food”.
Anyhow, “where to set up the whole bird deep fryer in the apartment” is the bigger question.
How can you forget to order a turkey at 3 AM in the morning?
