My name is Jason Greenspan and I started Silver Stars Fitness back in 2012. After being in the fitness industry for over thirty years and personally helping men and women over 55 for twenty-five years, my goal was and still is today, to offer the over 55/60 plus fitness enthusiast an opportunity to improve their health and fitness, but in an atmosphere that is more inviting, results-driven and a lot more personalized than going to the typical “gym”.

The Highly Experienced Silver Stars Instructors
The Silver Stars instructors are all certified fitness professionals that have between ten and thirty years experience helping and designing fitness programs for men and women over 55/60. Do You Want To Train In a Small Group of Three to Six People Or Do You Prefer Private Training?
Our featured program is our Fit For Life Small Group Program. This results-driven program is a group of three to six people that mimics private training, but in a group setting. The small group allows us to tailor the program to your goals, fitness level and health history, so it’s not generic such as a large “class” of ten or more people
If you prefer private training, we offer our Fit For Life Personal Training Program. You can work with one of our highly experienced fitness professionals either at our studio, Live on Zoom or we can come to you!
