Right now UWS rentals are very expensive and part of it is due to a lot of people renewing their leases and waiting to see what the impact of no broker fees will be. The cartoon looks very much like the roof of a Brusco building.

I know, I know. When I moved into my apartment in the mid-70s the rent was $300 a month. Sounds like I’m talking about another galaxy long, long ago & far, far away.
