After being in the fitness industry for the last 30 years and now being over 50 myself,  I wanted to create something that was a lot more personalized and results-driven than paying for a “gym” membership to walk around and use equipment .

We all know that for most of us the “walking around a “gym” model doesn’t give us the accountability, attention or results we need to stay motivated and engaged.

Ever since I was young, I had a passion for helping men & women slow down the aging process through proper exercise, nutrition and other good habits such as getting enough sleep and keeping stress levels to a minimum.

So, in 2012… I Created Silver Stars Fitness and Since Then We’ve Helped Thousands of Women over 55/60 and Can Help You Improve:

Our Fit For Life Small Group Training Program is Best Suited For: 

  • You’re  a member of a “gym” but not going
  • You want to start a well- balanced fitness program, but don’t where to start.
  • You want personalized attention, accountability & the highest level of instruction.
  • You haven’t exercised for years and want guidance.
  • You have been exercising, but losing motivation and not getting the results you expected.

Most people over 55/60 come to us for our results-driven Fit For Life small (3-6people) group training program. This program can be done either in -person at our fitness studio on West 55th & 7th Ave or Live on Zoom. 

Our Fit For Life small group program is a small group of three to six people that is like personal training, but except in a small group setting .

If you’re most interested in private training, we can send an instructor to you or you can come to our studio or train Live on Zoom.

Other services include massage therapy and nutrition coaching.

I know sometimes it’s a challenge to get started, so I’m going to make it easy for you to try the program.
